CARROT PUDDING

CARROT PUDDING
* 4 large carrots, cooked and grated
* 1 small onion, grated
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1 cup milk
* 3 eggs, beaten
Mix together carrots, onion, salt, nutmeg, sugar, milk, and eggs. Pour
into slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
